Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unused merchandise in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Defective merchandise will be replaced to the best of our ability. An original receipt must be present or submitted at the time of the return or exchange.
Reduced price and clearance items are non-returnable.
Shipping is nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from our store.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Mondays, weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all of our orders via the USPS. Your shipping rate and delivery time will vary depending on your zip code, total weight of your order and the service of your choosing. The following USPS services are available:

- First Class Package
- Priority Mail
- Priority Mail Express
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
The Halim Time and Glass Museum ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The Halim Time and Glass Museum is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
